Take Back FAQ
The Take Back service allows you to return your old professional equipment in exchange for a credit to be used for the purchase of new equipment from Visuals Switzerland.
We take back most professional equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, accessories, and other audiovisual equipment. Contact us to check if your equipment is eligible.
The trade-in value is calculated according to the condition, age and model of your equipment. An evaluation is carried out by our experts to offer you the best possible price.
If your equipment does not meet our trade-in criteria (non-professional range, irreparable, too old...), you will be informed, and you can choose to collect it or recycle it.
